Hotel Nikko Tianjin Room Selling Policy for Olympic Period

Tianjin, bordered by the Bohai Sea to the east and neighboring Beijing, only 1 hour by train. Tianjin is not only one of the four direct municipalities of China, but also a famous historical and cultural city. Both Tianjin and Hotel have made a full preparation to welcome all guests who from all countries.

Olympic Reservation Period:

Staying from 4th to 24th August 2008

Olympic Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation charge equivalent to 25% of total room charge will apply for any cancellations or changes made to reservations prior to 1st June 2008
A cancellation charge equivalent to 75% of total room charge will apply for any cancellations or changes made to reservations between 1st June 2008 and 31st July 2008.
A cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of total room charge will apply for any cancellations or changes made to reservations 31st July 2008.
Remark：Change of reservation includes change of arrival date, change in duration of stay or change in room type reserved.

Deposit Policy:

For reservations made prior to 31st May 2008:
A deposit equivalent to 75% of total room charge will be required on 31st May 2008 to secure all reservations.
An additional deposit equivalent to 25% of total room charge will be required on 31st July 2008.

For reservations made between 31st May and 31st July 2008:
A deposit equivalent to 75% of total room charge will be required at the time of reservation to secure all reservations.
An additional deposit equivalent to 25% of total room charge will be required on 31st July 2008.

For reservations made after 31st July 2008:
A deposit equivalent to 100% of total room charge will be required at the time of reservation to secure all reservations.

Deposits can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For details for payment by bank transfer please contact the hotel directly.

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or change (refer cancellation policy) and cannot be transferred to another reservation.
